PP woven bags re-pelletizing

With the extensive use of PP plastic woven bags, PP plastic woven bags of production is increasing, the attendant is the waste bags are also more and more.

This waste utilization is a single species, it’s requirements are relatively high, and it can not be mixed with other kinds of plastic. Also, It can not contain silt, sundries and mechanical impurities, etc. The melt index needs to be between 2 and 5(not any PP plastic woven bags are available).

It has two mainly sources , one is the waste material during PP bag production process ; the other is recycling products of waste PP bags , such as fertilizer bag, feed bag, salt bag, etc..
By carefully selecting material, choosing appropriate technological formula and reasonably accurate process,it can achieve PP woven bag recycling totally. It will not affect the quality of the recreate PP bags which made of recycled PP material and the new material ,and the economic efficiency is very obvious.

Recycling these waste bags can effectively reduce the costs of production, and it will protect the environment and make full use of resources.
So what are their regeneration methods?

It mainly has two kinds of methods :melting granulating method and extrusion method.

The process of the two methods is as follows.
(1) method of melting granulating
Waste materials-- Select and wash materials--dry--cutting--high speed compacting-discharge and packing.
(2) method of extrusion
Waste materials-- Select and wash materials--dry--cutting--heating and extrusion-- pelletizing and cooling-- packing.

Our company engineer combines the advantages of these two kinds of regeneration methods, developed a new type of recycling granulation method - ACS-H crushing & compacting & granulation machine.

The following is our new recycling granulation process:

Belt conveyor: As standard design, plastic scraps such as film, filament, raffias conveyed into the compacting room through belt conveyor.Feeding speed of conveyor belt or roll hauling off is fully automatic based on how full the compactor’s room is.

Crushing and compacting: The rotatory blades of compactor will cut up incoming scraps. Frictional heating which caused by high speed rotatory blades will heat and let scraps shrinking just below their agglomerating point. Optimal designed guide structure compacts the material and directs it into extruder screw.

Plasticizing and exhausting: A specialized single screw extruder applied to gently melt the pre-compacted material. The plastic scraps will be well melted, plasticized in the first stage extruder, and the plastic will be extrude by the second stage extruder. With double-zone vacuum degassing system, volatiles such as low molecular and moisture will be removed efficiency, especially suitable to heavy printed film and material with some water content.

Melt filtration: A regular single-plate/ piston double-station screen changer or non-stop double-plate/ piston four-station can be installed on head of extruder to present significant filtration performance. The requirements on the filter technology depend heavily on the quality of the input material as well as the planned use of granules.

Granulating: Adjust the pelletizer speed automatically based on the pressure of Die head, and achieve the uniform final pellets size.

Pneumatic blade clamping device: knife of pelletizing system compact with Die head automatically by pneumatic system, in order to achieve 100% contact between the blade and the pelletizing template , enhanced concentricity of blade, and slow its abrasion time.

Vibrating and drying:Advanced vibration dryer combined with horizontal centrifugal dryer can achieve excellent drying performance and lower energy consumption.ACS-HTM using the enclosed design of the installation of noise enclosures, noise is small, the operation is more friendly.

Advantages of ACS-HTM compaction and granulation system:
1.It sets crushing, compaction and granulation in one and has a high degree of automation. That means it can save labor;
2.It has higher feed efficiency. It is applicable to recycle those materials like films, fibers, silk, plastic rope, fishing nets, foaming materials.
3.It has higher output and lower energy consumption.
