These days together with our exclusive agent in Central America MITASA, we installed a pelletizing machine in the Dominican Republic. The machine is for PP, PE films and regrinds, model ACS-H 300/80, and is designed for a production of 150-220kg per hour, but with the help of our local technicians, and with parameter adjustments based on their experiences, they can obtain a production of 315kg/h.

This client called Plastidom, is dedicated to the manufacture of plastics such as blown, injection, flexible, thermoforming, etc.

It is worth mentioning that after full collaboration between Aceretech and MITASA, this Plasdidom machine is already the 15th installed since 2020, among them, there is a whole range of recycling machines: mills, crushers, washing lines, and pelletizers.

Our local services not only install the machines, but also train the operators of our clients to ensure that the operators can perfectly understand the machines purchased, and know how to work at full capacity.

In addition, at Aceretech we have a 24-hour online service, and we install a remote module on all machines before leaving our factory in order to help with future program updates. These are basic guarantees for our customers.
