De CV., a company founded in 2006 in Ciudad de Cadereyta Jiménez Nuevo León, Mexico, is a 100% Mexican company which arises based on the problems presented in industrial companies that generate special handling waste, such as plastics, metals, cardboard, wood, electronic waste, with the aim of contributing to the preservation of the environment and the optimization of resources for our business partners.
Since 2018, after Aceretech's visit, we started the cooperation to provide mills for grinding plastics such as ABS, PA, HIPS, PC, PC/ABS, PP, PPS, HDPE, etc.

After 4 years, the mills delivered in 2018 are still in good condition and with efficiencies. The owner Mr. Ronaldo is very satisfied, and at the beginning of this same year 2022, he decided to buy two more mills to expand his production.

And in this month, after so many days for the control of China by Covid, we finally managed to test and deliver the two new mills.

This is a GE500-800 model, with a power of 60HP, and has a production of 500-800kgh with blower, cyclone silo and fines separator included.

And the GE series adopts a special rotor design and is an economical mill.
The width of the rotor varies from 500mm to 1400mm, and it meets the production range from 200kg/h to more than 1000kg/h. The rotor adopts high-efficiency scissor cutting technology, the cavity-welded all-steel structure is combined with the V-shaped rotor to ensure stable machine operation and reliable performance. The compact body design facilitates cavity maintenance, quick cleaning and replacement of rotary knives, stationary knives and screens.
