Aceretech Pelletizer is already the heart of our entire company and the closed circle¨ says a client from Panama.

We know Mr. Juan Vergara, owner of the Induplast company in Panama, from the first meeting at the K 2019 fair, Düsseldorf, Germany. And we had a very fruitful visit, we signed the contract for an ACS-H500/100 model pellet machine for polyethylene plastic film. Then over time, we extended the contract with a model LS800 crusher, and a GE500-700 mill. Finally with these 3 teams, Mr. Juan Vergara began his recycling process with a new company called Repapol.

At Repapol, they are dedicated to the recovery of plastics. They are receiving post-consumer material from their customers, in this case they are used Plastic Films, and they process it pelletized into resins, and then these recovered resins can be reused in their blown film lines and make bags again. That is a closed circle, and also a circular economy.

For example, we sell a lot of packaging for supermarket chains. So, after they use these packages, we buy them ourselves and sell them again at a very low price”, Mr. Juan Vergara tells us.

He also commented that the purchase with Aceretech in 2019 was the best thing he could do for his company. A lot of finished products from China entered Panama and this made us lose a lot of customers, but since they recycle, that doesn't affect them anymore and they can always offer very competitive prices.

Besides, Repapol is exporting resin material to various countries in the region. He says that Aceretech's recycling machine is working great and they are now producing around 150 tons per month.
