Due to excellent heat insulation, earthquake resistance, and anti-fall, EPS (Expanded polystyrene or Styrofoam) is widely used in various applications such as packaging for furniture/home appliances, storage & transportation of seafood, construction materials, etc. Nearly 10 million tons of EPS are produced globally every year to meet the application needs of various industries. However, EPS foam has become the biggest difficulty in recycling because of its lightweight and large volume. Up to 98% of EPS waste will not be recycled and will directly become part of the landfill.

High-efficient EPS Recycling Line
Therefore, we launched the ACSS series of compaction, cutting, recycling, and pelletizing production lines. Equipped with two sets of single-screw extruders, it can crush plastic waste more quickly and efficiently. Then compacting, plasticization and pelletizing, so that the recycled plastic particles can be directly put into production and remanufactured.

With a unique pre-drying design in the cutter compactor, gentle plasticization, effective filters, automatic water-ring pelletizer, special pellets drying system at the end of the line, ACS compacting pelletizing line produces high-quality bright EPS pellets. The ACS compacting and the pelletizing system is a reliable and efficient solution for plastics films, raffias, filaments, bags, woven bags, and foaming materials re-pelletizing. Final productions produced by the ACS system are in the form of pellets/ granules, can directly put into the production line for film blowing, pipe extrusion, and plastics injection, etc.
