On this day, the company ushered in two important milestones - the groundbreaking ceremony of the new intelligent manufacturing factory and the celebration of the company's tenth anniversary, which were like twin stars shining and illuminating the way forward for ACERETECH.
I. Groundbreaking Ceremony
At 8:08 am, all personnel of the branch gathered together to participate in the groundbreaking ceremony of the new factory. The atmosphere on the scene was solemn and warm. The general manager of the company and the secretary of the Party Committee of Nanfeng Town, Zhangjiagang City, delivered speeches successively. In his speech, the general manager reviewed the company's development history, expressed his expectations for the construction of the new factory, and emphasized that this is not only the expansion of the company's scale, but also a key step in technological and industrial upgrading. The secretary of the Party Committee of Nanfeng Town highly affirmed ACERETECH's contribution to local economic development and placed high hopes on the future of the new factory.
Afterwards, a very grand groundbreaking ceremony was officially held. The shovel was swung down, and the soil flew, symbolizing that ACERETECH has sounded the horn for a new journey.
The new smart factory covers an area of 17,707 square meters. Its construction is an important step in the development of ACERETECH. The new factory will focus on multiple fields, including plastic recycling machine production lines, covering plastic shredders, plastic crushers, plastic washing lines, plastic pelletizers, etc.; there are also rPET food-grade pelletizing production lines, PET food-grade sheet extrusion production lines, PET SSP/LSP viscosity enhancement systems, and textile fiber and fabric recycling systems. This expansion fully reflects ACERETECH's firm commitment to smarter, more environmentally friendly, and higher-value solutions, and also demonstrates the company's determination to actively respond to the country's "dual carbon" strategy.
The completion of the new factory means that ACERETECH will have more advanced production equipment and more complete production processes in the field of plastic recycling. Using artificial intelligence, 5G and intelligent manufacturing technologies, we will create a world-class automated solid waste recycling production line to achieve higher value for plastic waste and make recycling easier.
II. 10th Anniversary Celebration
At night, all ACERETECH employees gathered together to celebrate the company's 10th anniversary. The delicious food was fragrant and the laughter echoed throughout the venue.
