Since its inception in 2015, ACERETECH has continuously expanded its manufacturing capabilities. The company currently operates a modern manufacturing base covering approximately 35,000 square meters, staffed by a team of over 135 professionals. The commissioning of new production facilities has further increased our manufacturing space and capacity, ensuring robust production, assembly, and delivery capabilities for both individual recycling machines and large-scale turnkey projects.

We utilize advanced CNC machining, welding, laser cutting, and intelligent manufacturing equipment. Strict controls are implemented throughout the production process—from the machining of core components to final machine assembly, commissioning, and pre-shipment testing. Precision machining, standardized production, and rigorous quality control ensure the stable operation and long-term durability of our plastic recycling equipment.

ACERETECH holds various international certifications, including CE, ISO, FDA, and CSA, and possesses 27 core technology patents. 

In the field of food-grade PET recycling, ACERETECH continuously develops high-quality "Bottle-to-Bottle" PET recycling systems. Our recycling processes have received US FDA recognition, enabling customers to transform waste PET bottles into high-quality recycled PET raw materials that meet the requirements for food-grade applications.

To meet specific project needs, we can also arrange factory audits or testing services through third-party organizations such as SGS, BV, and TÜV, providing international clients with enhanced quality assurance for their procurement projects.
