Fast Delivery Film Recycling Solution in Mauritius – ACSS80/120 Double-Stage Pelletizing Line

2026/03/13

Ⅰ. Project Background

A recycling and manufacturing company in Mauritius invested in its first pelletizing line to establish internal plastic recycling capability.
The goal was to recycle locally collected PE stretch film (with paper labels), PP film, and woven bags into reusable pellets for in-house production.
As this was the customer’s first recycling project, system stability, ease of operation, and future expandability were key decision factors.

Ⅱ. Customer Challenges

Ⅳ. Project Execution

One of the main challenges of this project was the tight delivery schedule.
The customer required shipment within two months, which demanded efficient production coordination and strict manufacturing control.
Through optimized internal scheduling and close communication with suppliers, the equipment was completed and delivered within the agreed timeframe.
The machine has recently arrived at the customer’s facility. Installation preparation is currently underway, and ACERETECH provides full remote technical support to assist the customer during setup and commissioning.

Ⅴ. Future Expansion

Although the line has not yet entered full production, the customer has already planned a second-phase expansion.
Based on the current cooperation experience and system configuration, the customer intends to purchase three additional identical pelletizing lines to scale up recycling capacity after the first line is fully operational.
