Through the Roots vacuum exhaust system, moisture and small molecule in the melting plastic are effectively removed, ensuring that the IV drop at the lowest level and guaranteeing material performance.
Handling of PET flakes containing 10% PE
We developed a new high-speed crystallization drying system to based on the melting point difference between PET and PE (PE has a lower melting point), effectively avoiding final pellets sticking and ensuring product quality.
