First step - Size Reduction PP non woven fabric has good toughness and strength, not prone to fracture. 
Pre-shredding wilreduce the size and get uniform size, which can the feed pressure in the compactor of pelletizer.

Second Step -Compacting & Pelletizing line
Our compacter will pre-day and pre heating the materials, and make the materials meet thelimited of agglomeration, which is specially suitable small bulk density materials Double vacuum degassing system will remove the moisture and micro molecule in the meltinc and improve the fnal pelets quality. For different Pp non woven fabric materials and reauirements, we can provide different fltration system and peletizer.
