The ACS-PRO is an advanced single screw recycling pelletizing system designed for processing plastic waste with higher contamination levels. Compared with conventional single filtration systems, ACS-PRO adopts a unique two-stage melt filtration design, including a pre-filtration unit installed before the vacuum degassing zone and a final filtration unit at the end of the extruder.
The first filtration stage removes impurities and ash content before the degassing process, significantly improving the efficiency of moisture, volatile, and odor removal under vacuum conditions. The second filtration stage further purifies the melt flow before pelletizing, ensuring stable processing performance and high-quality recycled pellets.
Equipped with the SCF self-cleaning filtration system, ACS-PRO can effectively handle melt flows containing up to 5% contaminants. It is especially suitable for recycling heavily contaminated materials such as post-consumer plastics, printed films, and industrial plastic waste.

Belt Conveyor Feeding

The belt conveyor continuously transports plastic waste into the compacting chamber.
For standard applications, plastic scraps such as films, filaments, and raffia are conveyed directly into the compactor. For processing roll scraps, a roll hauling-off device is available as an optional feeding solution.
The conveyor speed is automatically adjusted according to the filling level of the compactor chamber. Driven by ABB/Schneider inverters, the feeding system ensures stable and continuous material supply.
