1000 kg/h Film Washing and Pelletizing Line

Before material enters the shredder, a pre-washer is used to remove stones and rigid impurities. This unit is custom-designed according to the customer’s material, helping protect downstream equipment and extend the service life of the entire line.

This line is equipped with our robust HS2000 shredder, with two 90 kW motors, helping achieve a capacity of 2500 kg/h.
The HS series shredder adopts a high-efficiency V-shaped rotor, with a rotor diameter of 560 mm and a maximum width of 2000 mm. It is driven by a large gearbox at a low speed of 85 rpm, ensuring stable operation and high torque. The redesigned hydraulic pusher not only improves power transmission efficiency and pushing speed, but also effectively avoids material blockage and internal guide rail wear. The machine uses a special welding process to greatly improve overall stability. This series is suitable for films, woven bags, rigid plastics and other materials, and the shredding size can be adjusted according to requirements, with optional standard screens from 40–100 mm.

The washing unit is combined with a floating tank, large-diameter sand remover, and friction washers. After several steps of friction washing and floating washing, materials can be cleaned to an excellent level.
In response to differences in material composition and contamination levels in different regions, ACERETECH adopts a modular design. The washing line can process both flexible plastics and rigid materials at the same time, efficiently removing sand, paper, ink, adhesives and other contaminants. The PE film washing line is specially designed for efficient washing, separation and drying of waste PE films, such as LDPE and HDPE films. It features high processing capacity, excellent washing performance and a high degree of automation, converting contaminated waste films into high-quality clean flakes for downstream pelletizing.

To prevent unstable current of the squeezer, we added a material distributor before the two squeezers. This ensures stable feeding and stable discharging of the squeezers, and the output can stably reach more than 1000 kg/h.
After efficient drying, the moisture content of the material can be controlled within an ideal range, providing stable material conditions for the subsequent pelletizing process.

This pelletizing system adopts a 3800 L compaction chamber. The first stage uses a 180 mm screw, and the second stage uses a 95 mm parallel twin-screw.
This design was chosen because the customer wants to compound the recycled material while adding certain additives. This line can reach 1500–2000 kg/h, fully meeting the customer’s requirement for high capacity.
For this line, we use the SCF500D self-cleaning filter, which can reduce screen-changing frequency under high-capacity production. The SCF500D features a dual 500 mm diameter design, a filtration area of 2700 cm², and filtration accuracy of 40–120 mesh. It is arranged in parallel to enable continuous screen changing without stopping the machine. It can also handle up to 5% contaminants, such as labels, sand, wood or unmelted plastics, effectively improving the recovery rate of recycled material, with a discharge ratio of up to 1:1.
In the pelletizing section, this LDPE film line is equipped with our 470 large water-ring pelletizing system. The water-ring pelletizing system uses a self-adjusting cutter head design, always maintaining precise blade pressure.
