Ⅰ. PE agricultural film: the "double-edged sword" of modern agriculture
As an important agricultural production material, PE (polyethylene) agricultural film plays an important role in heat preservation, moisture retention, weed suppression, and increasing crop yields. However, with the increasing use of PE agricultural film, the disposal of its waste has also become an environmental problem that needs to be solved urgently. Ⅱ. PE agricultural film recycling and washing line: an effective way to regenerate resources
In order to effectively solve the pollution problem of PE agricultural film and realize resource recycling, the PE agricultural film recycling and washing line came into being. This production line can clean, crush, dry and other processes of abandoned PE agricultural film, and finally obtain clean PE agricultural film fragments, which can be used to produce recycled plastic products, realizing waste into treasure.
Ⅲ. Main equipment and process flow
According to customer needs, ACERETECH customized a complete PE agricultural film recycling and washing line for customers, including the following main equipment:
Belt feeder: used to evenly transport the discarded PE agricultural film to the production line.
Metal detector: used to detect and remove metal impurities in PE agricultural film to protect subsequent equipment.
HS shredder: used to initially shred large pieces of PE agricultural film for subsequent shredding.
GF crusher: adopts a large-size design with a rotor diameter of 700mm and a rotor width of 1200mm, which can efficiently break PE agricultural film into small pieces.
Screw conveyor: used to transport the crushed PE agricultural film fragments to the rinsing tank.
Floating washing tank: uses the flotation principle to remove heavy impurities such as mud, sand, and stones on the surface of PE agricultural film fragments.
Low speed friction washer: through low-speed friction, further remove stubborn stains on the surface of PE agricultural film fragments.
Centrifugal dryer: Use centrifugal force to remove moisture from the surface of PE agricultural film fragments.
Pipeline hot air drying: Use hot air to dry PE agricultural film fragments to ensure that their moisture content meets the requirements.
Silo: Used to store PE agricultural film fragments after washing and drying, which is convenient for subsequent transportation and processing.
IV. Summary
