    Drying System

    Handling different material, we have different kinds of drying system, squeezer or centrifugal dryer&pipeline dryer, depends on customer requirement. For soft material such as film we can either use squeezer or centrifugal dryer, after drying, material moisture will be controlled wiithin 5-8%, for rigid plastic material, we can use centrifugal dryer and pipeline dryer system, after drying, material moisture will be less than 1%.

    Pipe Drying System

    Storage Silo

    To guarantee non-stop work and stable feeding for downstream extrusion pelletizing line, we will use a buffer silo to storage washed material. Special design can ensure no-blockage for material, at top of the silo, cyclone device for dust removing.

    A:  Addressing the characteristic of PE film (such as agricultural film and LDPE packaging film) to easily absorb water and be difficult to dry, the ACERETECH AWS-PE system is equipped with a high-efficiency squeezing dryer. Using a mechanical screw extrusion principle, water is directly squeezed out of the film, controlling the final moisture content of the output material to within 3%-5%. This not only eliminates the high-energy consumption hot air drying process but also provides the ideal dryness for the downstream granulation process.

    Q2. Can this equipment handle heavily contaminated waste agricultural film or landfill recycled film?

    A: Yes. The AWS-PE system is specifically designed to process soft PE plastics containing sand, grease, and organic pollutants. Through a sink-float tank and a high-speed friction washer, heavy impurities in the material can be effectively separated. For heavily contaminated agricultural film, we also offer customized multi-stage washing modules to ensure that the purity of the resulting PE flakes meets the requirements for producing high-quality recycled film.

    Q3. Why choose an integrated "washing + squeezing" solution instead of traditional centrifugal dewatering?

    A: Traditional centrifugal dewatering machines are inefficient and leave a lot of residual moisture when processing film. ACERETECH's integrated solution uses squeezing and compacting technology, directly processing the washed film into a dense, semi-molten or compacted flake form. This method not only significantly reduces unit energy consumption but also significantly improves the feeding efficiency of the downstream granulation extruder, increasing the overall production line capacity by approximately 20%-30%.
