Такой измельчитель использует двухвальную конструкцию без толкателей, что обеспечивает высокую гибкость. Уникальная конструкция режущей камеры минимизирует трение валов. Два противовращающихся вала непрерывно измельчают материалы, повышая эффективность и максимизируя производительность. Система управления Siemens ПЛК имеет функции запуска, остановки и автоматического реверсирования в условиях перегрузки.

Конструкция с двумя валами и отсутствием принудительного толкателя обеспечивает гибкость в работе и эффективность подачи материала. Уникальная конструкция камеры измельчения минимизирует трение между валами, что способствует повышению эффективности эксплуатации и продлению срока службы оборудования. Два вала, вращающиеся навстречу друг другу, обеспечивают непрерывное измельчение, высокую производительность и максимальный выход готового продукта. Шредер оснащен системой управления на базе ПЛК Siemens, поддерживающей функции автоматического запуска и остановки, а также защиту от перегрузки с автоматическим реверсом, что гарантирует стабильную, безопасную и надежную работу.
