    The ADS series single screw extrusion and pelletizing system is a specialized and reliable system, suitable to the recycling and re-pelletizing job of rigid plastic scrap. It combines function of plasticization and pelletizing to one step and ideal for crushed regrinds or flakes such as PE/PP/ABS/PS/HIPS/PC etc.
    Final productions produced by ADS single screw extrusion line are in the form of pellets/ granules, can directly put into the production line for film blowing, pipe extrusion and plastics injection,etc.

    01.  Better Plasticizing Effect

    The double stage single screw extruder can provide more uniform plasticization and achieve better deashing and exhaust effect, ensuring plastic full melting and quality improvement. It is more suitable high impurity or after washed rigid flakes pelletizing process.

    After crushed lumps or thick flakes conveyed into the single screw extruder by screw loader, then plasticization in extrution part, volatiles and moisture removed by vacuum degassing system, after filtering through the filtration system, to pelletize into granules. Depending on the different screw diameter, the typical capacity can cover from 100kg/h to 1000kg/h.
