System Configuration and Working Principle
Reaction Chamber
Washed PET flakes are fed into the reaction chamber where controlled frictional heating is generated by high-speed rotating components.
The process helps preheat and homogenize PET flakes while removing part of the moisture and volatile substances before extrusion.
Under controlled conditions, impurities and volatile components are extracted to improve material quality and extrusion stability.
Material Level Control Valve
The specially designed valve is integrated into the PET vacuum-sealed reaction chamber to ensure precise material flow control.
