螺旋输送

After crushed lumps or thick flakes conveyed into the single screw extruder by screw loader, then plasticization in extrution part, volatiles and moisture removed by vacuum degassing system, after filtering through the filtration system, to pelletize into granules. Depending on the different screw diameter, the typical capacity can cover from 100kg/h to 1000kg/h.

主进料器（容积式）

It will feed the materials into the extruder. There is a stirring screw to avoid material’s blockage at the bottom of the feeder. Feeding hopper with level sensor. If you want to add additives, side feeders are optional.

机筒

High wear resistance bimetallic barrel allows the single screw extruder to greatly extend the life of key components when facing rigid plastic, ensuring stable and continuous production.

不停机活塞式过滤器

• A  regular single-plate/piston double-station screen changer or non-stop double plate/piston four-station can be installed on head of extruder to present significant filtration performance.
•  Longer screen life time, lower screen changing frequency.
•  Easy to use and non-stop type: easy and quick screen changing and no need to stop the running machine.

板式过滤器

The Plate type filter is equipped with two filter plates. There is at least one filter mesh working when the screen is changing. Round-shape ceramic heater for consistent and stable heating.

Self Cleaning Filter

This model combines our self-developed self-cleaning filter.The new SCF self-cleaning filtration system makes non-stopping recycling extrusion, especially suitable to highly contaminated materials re-pelletizing. SCF filtration system can handle and remove up to 5% contaminates in the melt flowing, can separate the contaminates such as paper, wood, aluminum, unmelted plastic and rubbers etc.

模头

Its core feature is that the die head surface does not contact with the cooling water directly. This design ensures that the die head temperature is uniform, and even if the output is low, the discharge can be maintained normally. Specially suitable for handling materials with low melt index.

Strand Pelletizing System

The strands pelletizing system is a classic plastic pelletizing technology that is widely used in the fields of plastic recycling and compounding. It adopts a step-by-step process of "first extruding into strands, then cooling, and finally cutting into pellets". Simple structure and easy maintenance.

水下制粒系统

High automatic pelletizing system. It is suitable for materials with high MFI and high production capacity requirements. This system includes pelletizer, valve, conveying pipeline, dewatering, vibrating screen and silo.

Vibration Sieve

• Advanced dewatering vibration sieve combing with horizontal-type centrifugal dewatering present high performance dried pellets and lower energy consumption.

Plastic Pellets
