LSP反应器创新
均质粘度反应器的内部结构类似于最终聚合锅的连续聚合单元,均采用卧式聚合锅。卧式反应器内部结构分为盘式和笼式两种,盘式反应器表面积较小,成膜效率较低,且有中心轴,容易产生挂料现象;笼式反应器表面积较大,成膜效率较高,且无中心轴连接,不存在挂料现象。我公司采用自主研发的笼式反应器,成膜效果好,聚合效率高,可缩短反应时间。
