ACERETECH’S PE FLAKES WASHING LINE LAUNCHED INTO AMERICAN MARKET

COOPERATED with Ace Plastic Inc., ACERETECH has finished the first washing line and shipped to America in the middle of September. ACE Plastic Inc. mainly works for PE PP flakes recycling and regranulation from year 2010, its main market is in United States domestic market.

To meet ACE Plastic Inc. requirement, ACERETECH presented 2 MT/HR washing line, includes new type floating washer, high speed hot washer, and efficiency centrifugal dryer, etc. This 2 MT/Hr washing line mainly handles PE/PP flakes, crushed from bottles, pipes, etc., to meet the high capacity requirement, new technologies are applied in the floating, washer, dryer sections. For instance, all individual thumbwheels are equipped into floating washer, to control each floating section individually and output reliable performance of each floating arm; to improve the efficiency, high rotating speed are designed into hot washer, compared with 50 rpm hot washer, the efficiency gets 8 times difference; to guarantee the high capacity demand, water-spraying and rotary screen sieve are equipped to realize the sieve self-clearance and dryer long time working condition.

Before the washing line shipped, all testing jobs are done, as the testing performance, capacity can reach 2.1 MT/HR, and moisture can be controlled below 1%.
