About 5 million tons of waste plastics are made by people in my country every year. Due to its corrosion resistance and non-decomposition characteristics, as well as its small weight and large volume in garbage, it is not suitable for landfilling. But it is also a high calorific value polymer material. If recycling is in line with my country's basic national policy of sustainable development, we must make full use of its intrinsic value, so as to save resources and protect the environment.
Plastic shredder is a kind of mechanical equipment used to shred waste plastics. Its appearance greatly reduces environmental pollution and waste of raw materials caused by plastics. The traditional method of waste plastic treatment is landfill and incineration. Landfill not only needs to occupy a large amount of land, but if the anti-seepage measures are not appropriate, it is very easy for the generated leachate to enter the surrounding surface water or seep into the soil. Residents' health poses a serious long-term threat.
Direct incineration of waste plastics will also produce toxic gases to pollute the air. The toxic and harmful substances in the bottom ash after incineration still need to be landfilled or further harmless treatment. Therefore, it is more advantageous to recycle and reuse waste plastics after sorting, and plastic shredders can collect, classify and granulate different plastics and use them as recycled plastics.
The plastic shredder is used to shred various soft and hard plastic products, which is convenient for plastic reprocessing. For example: mineral water bottles, PET bottles, oil bottles, gasoline bottles, plastic barrels, etc. The plastic shredder adopts two-axis independent drive, so that the material is pressed correspondingly during production, and the automatic feeding function is achieved. The phenomenon of shaft winding or jamming of the equipment occurs, thereby improving the production efficiency. The equipment is suitable for the crushing of various tough and viscous materials.
